n4p226r 105 Posted January 25, 2015 Damn. That's a lot of scope for a tiny5.56 cartridge
Lecky 1 Posted January 25, 2015 Hi guys, I just finished my first build and am having trouble uploading photos, does anyone have a couple of options.
bhunted 887 Posted January 25, 2015 Damn. That's a lot of scope for a tiny5.56 cartridge Yea, I know. But I shoot alone, eyes are going bad and there is nothing worse than having to break to look in your spotting scope. Figure I'll see that bullet hit now. I would never put that type of scope on a lower end model AR... The M6 is a very accurate gun compared to my other ARs... OfcrFek 21 Posted January 31, 2015 Start of my newest build... since all my AR's are straight black, thought I'd build one with a lil' color to it. Gonna be FDE and OD green w/ standard front sight gas block and rear sight carry handle.
Burns 16 Posted January 31, 2015 Looks good man, that's what I hope my first AR will look like when funds become available. Sent from my XT1080
carl_g 568 Posted February 3, 2015 PDW-type stock installed on my Fergudishu blaster When collapsed, it's 4" shorter than a collapsed carbine stock. When extended, it's the same length as a collapsed carbine stock. It adds about 5oz to the rifle which isn't that bad since it's all at the ass end. Where does one acquire this stock? Bully 749 Posted February 3, 2015 Where does one acquire this stock? Somewhere outside of NJ, where it's useful.

vjf915 456 Posted February 4, 2015 That's cool and all, and I'm quite jealous.....but $500 for a stock that can shave 4" off of OAL is a pretty hefty price, even in a state where you could utilize the collapsing action.
carl_g 568 Posted February 4, 2015 https://troyind.com/products/pdw-stock-kit-blkThat's not the same stock.
MidwestPX 172 Posted February 4, 2015 https://troyind.com/products/pdw-stock-kit-blk Similar but not the same. The Troy and NEA versions require a special carrier. This one works with any carrier but uses a modified action spring and buffer.
MidwestPX 172 Posted February 4, 2015 Where does one acquire this stock? I'll be stocking them soon enough.

MidwestPX 172 Posted February 4, 2015 Rough estimate on the price point? Should be under $350. I'll follow up with them to see if they got the IP stuff sorted out so I can start buying them again.
