They field dress them for us. They will skin and quarter it too if you wanted. I take it to my own butcher

That's where I ended up going with Smokin 50 and his buddy on Saturday. I had a good time hanging with them, but unfortunately the island wasn't accessible by water due to the river being locked up with ice. We went to the Mohr family farm instead. I am satisfied with the large amount of pork I brought home, but wouldn't hunt on the farm again. Too much like shooting fish in a barrel, or pig in a large pen as the case were. The island sounds like a lot more fun. 

Rob, I'm glad you guys were able to secure a place on short notice. Sounds like you had a good time too.
