I have set up a Tactical Pistol Class on 2/22/14 at Shooters in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. The instructor is Kharis Sepulvida. He has hosted a number of classes that forum members here have attended. Class Description:

 

 

Tactical Handgun

Course Description

This course is designed for those individuals that intend to utilize a handgun for self-defense.  The course content is as follows;

• Fundamentals of Marksmanship
• Use of Force concepts
• Drawing from concealment
• Combat Mindset
• Utilizing cover and concealment
• Moving and shooting techniques
• The proper use of verbal commands
• Manipulating/shooting the handgun; strong-hand only/support hand only

 

The student will need to bring the following;

• Handgun
• Strong-Side Hip Holster only and magazine/speed-loader pouch
• At least 3 magazines or 3 speed-loaders
• Clothing used for concealment (vest, sweater, shirt, etc)
• Eye and ear protection
• At least 200 rounds of ammunition

Optional items;

• Lunch (lunch will not be provided)
• Hydration (water, Gatorade, etc.)
• Note taking items

Class duration: Approx. 5 hours

Class size: 10 students

Price: $160.00 ($50 deposit due at time of registration - balance to be paid at the start of the class)
