Good place with some good guys.  Just sent them some items as an ffl.  They charge $50 and told me that as long as I pick up all the items on the same day, they will only charge me the $50.  Their collection is small and they tend to focus on home defense.  They just had (may still be available) a groupon for their simulator.  Looking forward to trying it out.

I stopped in there Friday and spoke with one of the owners.  Nice fellow, answered a lot of questions and showed me the simulator.  I joined groupon just to get the simulator deal.  The selection of guns is a little thin, but what they had appeared to be good quality stuff.  Prices seemed to be about average.

From what they told me over the phone, they also do mag pinning to make them NJ compliant (15 rounds).

Ross is a good guy. I've done a few transfers and also bought a few handguns from him. They have more stuff than what's in those cases. Just gotta ask. The staff as well is really good and helpful.

I did Gun For Hire's Utah CCW class here, and they were extremely nice to us. They let several of us play with the simulator while we waited for the class to start.  They have a small but very nice showroom with a small but nice selection of guns for sale, and a small selection of accessories.  The wood tables and display stands in the showroom were made by the owner and are really nice.

 

I would definitely use this place for FFL transfers if I didn't use Gun For Hire's $20 transfers (including NICS) since I'm a member.  I would definitely feel safe keeping my guns here if needed.

I was there for the Utah CCW class.   I got to take a tour of their huge vault... they have a large inventory of classic/antique guns for sale, like a hundred of them!  It seemed like a secret... You have to ask.

I finally stopped by this place last week. They have a large assortment of pistols for sale now. They also have a huge room filled with someone's collection on consignment. Must be 200-250 long guns of every kind.

I stopped by the other day, very cool place. The one room with the collection has some beautiful milsurp, I was lucky enough to grab one of them.

Tried to do some business with this place but couldn't.

Problem #1: Walked in wanting to look at the collection on consignment, guy (not going to name him) asked to see my FID. No problem. I asked if that was their policy, right away I got the "it is the law". A...OK, so it's the law that you need an FID to look at firearms? Yes.
I tried to explain it wasn't, but the guy insisted it was the law....OK.

Problem #2: I asked about shipping a pistol I am selling to an FFL in another state. "Sure, our fee plus overnight or second day air fedex/ups cost because we can't ship it ground". So I tried to explain, as an FFL you can ship pistols USPS ground. " No we can't ", you sure?, " oh yeah", ok never mind.

Problem #3. You should never carry mags loaded in your trunk. A...OK.

Problem #4: I called wanting to do a transfer of a pistol I was buying from gunbroker. Hi, this is so and so, I would like to do a transfer for a gun I just bought. Woman on the line, "OK well have the FFL you bought it from call us and" .........( I just stop listening after that). Ok thanks, goodbye.

Problem #5: Prices are high. New Glock 19 Gen4 is $60 higher than the nearest competition 8mls west on Rte10.
