Legal or not 10/22 with folding stock.

So i just want to make sure I think its not legal. But a 10/22 with a folding stock. No other stuff. Just the folding stock. Its gotta be pinned or whatever Right ? Or not.

To be an "assault weapon" it needs to be semi auto (it is) and have removable magazine (it does) 

 

Once those two criteria are met, it then needs to have at least 2 of the following:

 

flash supressor

pistol grip

adjustable/folding stock

bayonet mount

gernade launcher

 

Since you only have 1 of the above "evil features", you're legal.

Any folding stock I have ever seen for the 10/22 adds a pistol grip.

Damn youre right. I just checked it out again. It has a pistol grip. So either i permanently fix the stock or saw off the pistol grip. Fix the stock seems better. Thanks all.
