I get where you're trying to go with the "in the commission of a crime" phrase addition, but that's a slippery slope and just more bad laws on top of already bad laws. It's all ready illegal to have a gun "in the commission of a crime", so what difference does it make how many bullets are in a magazine. Plus then it would be a law on the books that restrict magazine sizes that someone could slip a change into some other unknown bill and remove the "in the commission of a crime" clause; you know they'd do that.

 

Beyond that, you got some serious brass ones my friend. Thanks.

It’s obvious the NJ Dems have so little disregard for the 2^nd amendment. Everyone knows there is an Anti-Gun segment within the Trenton Politicians that would not be happy until there is a Total all-out ban on all firearms. IMO the flip-side of this proposed legislation is that the Dems have so little respect for US it is clear WE are being used for leverage against the Governor. It is a Win/Win for them, when it passes they will believe it makes them look good as if they really accomplished something for those dumb enough to believe it. IF and when the Governor vetoes it they come after him again. It’s obvious they are out to destroy the man and WE are part of their plan to do so.  I’m certain if there was a Dem Gov in office they would still being doing it but only as political cover as genuine state problems stay on perpetual hold while they grandstand on the graves on the CT children, it’s pathetic.

I've been the voice calling in the wilderness for being nice to these scumbags, but after their numerous betrayals, after this week's disappointment in the Supreme Court, and especially after Anthony's great speech, I must agree that it's time to stop being nice.

 

I loved his repeated statements about the Dems' constituents. Stick it right up their asses.

 

One thing I disagreed with was his comment about us voting and they not voting, and this relates to something I've been posting ad nauseum: If decent people voted in high enough numbers we could EASILY take back both houses of the legislature. 

 

And that, my friends, would be the ultimate revenge. GET OUT AND VOTE.
