Ultrafire makes a decent flashlights but I would suggest getting a more expensive model that uses a powerful battery.  I have something similar to this in the garage and I'm very happy with it

Thats a good deal , if I didn't have like 25 flashlights I would probably buy it, I have the second one Dble posted the ultrafire batteries suck but the flashlights pretty awesome. However the 1000 lumen claim is definitely bogus because my LED maglite is slightly out powered by the larger ultrafire and the maglite is around 350 lumens so I would say the lights closer to 500 lumens.

Thats a great deal.  I recently made a post about how my ultrafire light saved my a$$ when my cat got out.  The surefire batteries aren't as good as the more expensive ones but did last for 2 hours at full brightness after sitting in the drawer for a couple months.  Overall I think they are a tremendous value for the money.

Excellent little torches for the price. I've bought a couple dozen over the years and have them stashed all over the house,cars,toolboxes,range bags and given them to friends.

I just install a average Duracell and they're plenty bright.
