DSD1026 48 Posted July 11, 2014 In addition to some crazy cheap prices, they are offering $5 shipping all weekend on any items IN STOCK. they have 9mm "new" stock for like $110 per 500 as well as .380acp, .40sw, .45acp, .44mag, as well as some different rifle calibers. http://www.freedommunitions.com/In-Stock-Now-s/53970.htm
A-Tech 8 Posted July 11, 2014 I just shot 200rds of 9mm and I will never again waste my money. Keyhole and flyer city. It's a shame because I was really hoping it would be a good alternative to my reloads.
DSD1026 48 Posted July 12, 2014 Interesting. Ive been through about 300 rounds and didnt have an issue. Were yours new stock or reman?
Howard 538 Posted July 12, 2014 I have shot many thousand rounds of their ammo and really have only had one issue, but that can happen with any ammo.
45Doll 5,848 Posted July 12, 2014 Between my wife and I we've shot over 1K rounds each of remanufactured 9mm, .40 and .45 in semi-autos with no issues. Glocks, Sigs, FNs, M&Ps, H&Ks and Walthers included. I won't count the .38 and .357 revolver rounds. While I can't say neither of us had one single issue in those thousands of rounds, there certainly was no glaring failure rate or other issues that would distinguish their reloads from factory new. (PMC, Federal, Aguila, S&B included) I wouldn't be too quick to write them off. Their price/value ratio is too good. As many others on this board have noted. I've shot 350 across 9mm (115R,124R,147R), 45acp (230R), and .223 (55R)... not a single issue so far with it working or going where it should... within my own limitations. A-Tech 8 Posted July 12, 2014 Interesting. Ive been through about 300 rounds and didnt have an issue. Were yours new stock or reman?I believe it was reman. It was during the last $5 shipping. You can probably find me bitching about it taking over a month to ship the order for what was in-stock also. odd. which exact round(s) were you using, and what firearm(s). I actually had a box that I gave away because I just didn't want to shoot anymore of it.

It would have been interesting to have gotten together with someone else here, who had the same ammo, and compare notes at the range. If you're interested, next time something like this happens post up here and see what comes of it. RP isn't too far from me especially if EFGA is your "home range"... I could guest you into SCFGPA sometime and go over what the deal is with this ammo and your gun.
Sota 1,191 Posted July 12, 2014 Haha I said the same thing lol... I've never bought any of their 'RPT' branded stuff, but from what I understand it's the same ammo just ones that aren't as "pretty" looking for whatever reason. If I didn't already have another shipment in-bound I'd seriously consider picking some up to test out.

edwill86 0 Posted July 12, 2014 I got a box of their new 9mm and it shot just fine. I think I'll grab a box of reman on this deal and see how it shoots. If I'm happy I'll make a bigger order and send in my brass for credit.
GJC88 0 Posted July 12, 2014 I've shot 300rds of their reman 9mm without a hiccup through my G19 and my dad's 92 compact. A few eject backwards but I've never been hit by the brass before. Their 5.56 reman has run through my sig 516 without trouble as well. Just more ordered more 9mm
seamusSU 0 Posted July 12, 2014 I've had some 124 gr 9mm that gave me trouble in my M9. A few of the rounds seemed out of spec since they wouldn't chamber fully. The 115 has been great
mipafox 438 Posted July 12, 2014 They have pointed 147 gr 9mm and i bought some to try in my SMG as subsonic suppressed. Most 147 is flat nose and my SMG doesn't like that. So I use 158 gr Fiocchi made for SMGs but it is a little pricey and often hard to get (Prvi actually sucks for 9mm). I should know tomorrow how it shoots. They also have great prices on .38. It is horrible how much .38 costs retail. I got some of that, too.
RUTGERS95 889 Posted July 13, 2014 I bought a few thousand rounds of xm193....great prices
FishHunter 0 Posted July 13, 2014 I use their plated bullets [Xtreme] - never a problem after 8k rounds.
rtquig 45 Posted July 18, 2014 I have shot their .223 and 5.56 both new and reman without a problem, close to 1,000 rounds. I have their 115 gr 9mm new but haven't had the chance to try it out yet.
Sota 1,191 Posted July 18, 2014 my latest order came in. looks like they're fully switched over to the "new" box design. my biggest problem now is my damn ammo cabinet is stuffed.
