What's the normal wait time for my card to come back?

I has a legal name change and I had to get a new FID card. I've been waiting for 4 or 5 months for a two letter change. Is that normal? I don't recall waiting this long with getting the card any of the prior times.

Depends on the municipality (or the NJSP Barracks) in question.....  Which one?  It might be that (or even longer) for some....

Paramus. I've done an address change with them before and it wasn't this long to the best of my recollection.
