mipafox 438 Posted July 21, 2014 You may be correct but no one will know until the sanctions are lifted. IMO i think they will be allowed in again. If O wanted to end those imports with an EO he did not have to wait for this tragedy to happen. Never let a tragedy go to waste? So you are speculating he DIDN'T want to end these imports before this?
remixer 1,645 Posted July 21, 2014 Oh without a doubt hes a gun grabber. he uses EO's at his leisure... But If he wanted to do a direct ban on this regardless of the the issue with russia he would have.... At what point has he cared what the american people want. Do you think the US is right for placing saction's on russia? Remove the Saiga issue for a moment.
mipafox 438 Posted July 21, 2014 lets get to the meat and potatoes of this. Do you think the US is right for placing saction's on russia? Remove the Saiga issue for a moment. I have no idea. Sanctions are an action, not a goal or even a plan. For all I know they harmless lip service, or political cover, or even designed to hurt US businesses (Obama has made good on his vow to punish his enemies) and gun owners. If it's not intended or expected to bring about a certain positive behavior from Russia or Europe then no. If it harms us worse than them and accomplishes nothing then no. If they retaliate and hurt us and we are not willing to deal with it then no. The possibilities are endless when you have no leadership, no spine, and hate the United States.
