Model 64

(SKU #XXXXXX)

We have an assorted pile of S&W 64. All have 4" heavy barrels and rubber grips. Some Hogue and some Pachmayer. We have everything from They are all duty guns and have a number on the right side of the barrel. I am going to try to buff one out and see how nice I can make the finish. They are all stainless and work well.

Price: $265.00

Seems like a decent deal for a solid shooter.

wish I'd known about this a few weeks ago would've gone for one but too late now, they're on vaca and our permit here is expiring before they return. Would have made for a good house gun you stash somewhere :(

I love mine. Mine was an Australian LEO trade in though bud's. You want a 64-5 or earlier since later guns had MIM parts and locks.

As for 357...these things can handle "true" 38 special loads which are practically as hot as 357. So if you wanted to load lower end 38-44 rounds the gun wouldn't care. My philosophy is most people shoot 38s most often in their 357s anyway. Plus I prefer 38 for SD.

I have to agree.

I love shooting .357s at the range. In fact it's my favorite caliber.

But for HD and target shooting, I stick to. 38s.
