Used Browning Hi Powers For Sale - Good Deal?

Don't know much about these guns but know they are held in high regard by many.  Saw this link in another thread and wanted to share/discuss it.  I have one permit left and am wondering if this is a good deal. 

 

Looks like there is a fair amount of holster wear on these.  What is a ball park figure to have reblued (if that's the right term)?

FN makes them of course..  but isnt there a difference between an FN branded hi power and a Browning branded hi-power?  (or am i thinking of something else?)

Ah....I think I get it. "Hi Power" is a generic name (like 1911) and (like 1911s) there are several different manufactors. Right?

Sort of... But not like 1911.... 1911 is more a standard design.

John - Maybe and just maybe the finish on a Browning may be a little better because it is intended for a commercial market.

 

I'd take these FNs over a new Portugal Browning.  And for $400?

Bunch of High Powers in the Cabela's in Delaware. Some are in better shape than others but IIRC prices were as low as $300.
