Now Against the Law to Release Names of NJ Carry Permitees?

I am pretty sure this law changed in 2013 so that the names of carry permit holders is now officially a secret list.  I've been searching the NJSA for this new law and can't find it.

 

 

Can anybody confirm that it did in fact pass and can somebody point me to the new law?

A3788 hides data about all gun permits including FIDs. It still allows aggregated stats though.
