Alert-CX4 Cracked Trigger Housings

Just came on this at the Beretta Forum. Sierra Papa (Big Beretta aftermarket upgrades supplyer) has issued the warning yesterday that trigger housings on the newer cx4 models, with the textured fore end, are prone to breakage. Easy to check for but you should look at the thread from the Beretta Forum on this.

Checked mine, 9mm with a round count of 5000+ and fortunately no crack....... thanks for the info. Take care.

BTW- anyone unfortunate to have the flaw Sierra Papa is compiling info for BUSA to help figure it out(see BerettaForum thread above). Again, seems to be only on the newer model with the molded fore grip.

Thanks!  I just checked mine.  No crack in the trigger housing.

New style CX4 bought in March 2014, approximatly 400 rounds fired (300 of 115 and 100 of 124 grain 9mm American Eagle Ammo)
