Israel IDF tested Tavor sights

No as they are not on the winning side for the most part LOL

well if u take away the technological superiority factor these damn terrorists been pretty effective. look at isis in Iraq and Syria, if not for our airstrikes they wudve taken even more territory. Or look at hamas , in the last conflict they demonstrated ability to learn from the past mistakes and implement pretty complex TTPs . any fighting force that been involved in an prolonged armed conflict will have valuable experience and will be more capable than even bigger opponent.

in regards to IDF , well they are a prime example of conscript vs professional armed forces. yes they are very capable, yes they are very highly motivated BUT there are limitations to what a conscripts can learn or take away. They learn on the job sort of speak , but are they better than , let's say, Russians who also had years of fighting as well ? from technological and hardware point of view>> yes , but otherwise >> I don't think so. again it was demonstrated vividly in the last IDF vs hamas conflict.

IDF is one of the better militaries in the world and will stay on top it's just our armed forces progressed way beyond anybody and anything.... waaaay beyond :)

but then again this is just my opinion ...

I was part of the eotech group buy that was screwed up sometime ago here, that left such a bad taste in my mouth I had not purchased anything since. I always kept thinking to myself if someone came out with an rds that had the battery life of aimpoint with the square window of an eotech I would be happy. I placed my order today for the mepro tru dot rds, I was told I got in the window for the special edition metal hood version so it should be pretty durable. Here is a nice read.
