Scrap 4 Posted September 7, 2014 That is the model I bought (to the best of my knowledge) in April 2010 for something like $425~ ... great great gun, love it, you're likely to love it, and this is an unbeatable price. I would buy buy buy before they jack that price up.
TulsaJohn 1 Posted September 7, 2014 I just purchased one online as well.
Barms 98 Posted September 8, 2014 Is this exhibit A of the fallout of the Great Gun Grab that occurred post Newtown? If it is I say bring it on. Loving the lower prices.
svt3183 14 Posted September 8, 2014 Ammo prices keep coming down and are definitely the best since the multiple hoarding situations/ban fears. Buy low!!! Is this exhibit A of the fallout of the Great Gun Grab that occurred post Newtown? If it is I say bring it on. Loving the lower prices.
glockamole 0 Posted September 8, 2014 Good deal. Been thinking about getting one for fun... place by work does $20 transfers so might have to jump on this.
Lalo 13 Posted September 8, 2014 Wow, awesome price! If I didn't already have one, I'd pick one up. Guys, if you're having doubts about this gun, get it! It runs great, it's super fun to shoot and you can use it to train and run drills just like you would in your regular AR. GET IT!
seamusSU 0 Posted September 9, 2014 Hoffman's had a pretty bad PR issue after Sandy Hook when they changed their store policy to only sell black rifles to people over 21 when the law was 18. I know it hurt them for awhile but they must have made it through.
GlastonburyNative 0 Posted September 10, 2014 My earliest firearm memories involved trips to Hoffman's with my Father. He's been going there for over 20+ years and I would not hesitate to buy anything from them if it is a good deal. Generally not the cheapest place in CT, but this one deal is a steal! Oleg 8 Posted September 10, 2014 My 15-22 is 'out for delivery'. That was fast considering how primitive their website is.I predict I will see Steve tonight
kc17 622 Posted September 10, 2014 So I'd order and pay for it online, but have it shipped to Steve, is that how this works?
Oleg 8 Posted September 11, 2014 Assuming you have FPID, you buy rifle online, put your home address for shipping and billing and give them a dealer data who will do FFL transfer for you. They will ship to a dealer (Steven in my case), and you will pick it up from there. So I'd order and pay for it online, but have it shipped to Steve, is that how this works? Lalo 13 Posted September 11, 2014 So I'd order and pay for it online, but have it shipped to Steve, is that how this works? Order and pay online. Your FFL who will do the transfer needs to send the vendor a copy of their FFL then the vendor will ship the firearm directly to the FFL. Once it arrives, you go to the FFL, pay for the transfer/NICS and take the rifle home.
