It won't let us view it, either!  Not unless  you register as a member of that board!

Ah well. Thanks anyway. It's good to know the case is getting national attention and being linked to the Ray Rice debacle.

there is volunteers canvasing the court house area giving out jury null info.

we should be doing this at all the court houses in the state.

OK, but use caution! Remember, discussion of JN is "tabu" for most judiciary systems. Juror candidates can be DQ'ed if the lawyers are aware that the candidate knows about it.  In a county like mine, where there are few qualified juror candidates as it is, anyone caught by the Sheriff's deputies "spreading the word," (and, especially near the courthouse itself), might just be brought before the judge and hit with a "contempt of court" citation. Not saying it would stick, but the judge might just try to scare the "offender" into compliance.  I could easily see a judge granting a "change of venue" if they can't seat a qualified jury. :dontknow:

i don't believe they focusing on specific cases just informing people of the rights as jurors.

Well, if they're allowed to remain there on the "Voire/Dire" days of Ms. Allen's trial (should it get that far), then we may have something. But, I seriously doubt it. I think the Deputy Sheriffs will "encourage" the "enlighteners" to leave, and offer them the appropriate "incentives" to do so.  If he court has to DQ a great many candidates because they "saw the light" outside, the day is not going to go well for anyone.

All I said was, "use caution."  :)

“Prosecutor seeks time to rethink position on Shaneen Allen gun case”, that’s code for let’s see how the political winds are blowing on this because this case could ruin my career due to all the fallout if we go though with this....

What is the difference between Mexico arresting US Servicemen accidentally crossing the border with a legal gun, and a US citizen crossing the NJ border with a legal gun? It seems there is more attention for the Mexico case, where the focus should be how we treat our own citizens.
