Any opinions on nordicomp?

Looking at getting a Nordic comp for my ar build.

Not to abusive, not the most effective, but you can get the gas block off over one and do help a bit.

like any that relieve pressure left and right, its blasty and concussive, esp. indoors. 

I tried it since the gasblock / fsb DOES clear it if the weld is cleaned up. once i finalized my arrangement, i changed it for a different one, and put it on my .22 upper.

Every comp is blasty indoors. It is a decent comp that has huge benefits for NJ guns. Not the best comp, but far from the worse.

The main reason I want it is because if i choose to change handguards, I'm not out a comp or brake by having to cut it off. I can just slide everything over it and be done with my changes.

That's pretty much why I have a few. So I can get everything off those particular barrels.

 

They are cheap and convenient. But not the most effective comp.
