Silphidae 33 Posted September 20, 2014 ....your .22lr supply is low. Just bought the 15-22 a few weeks ago and I've blown through three 550 bricks of ammo. Set up stock and dialed in for POA/POI at 50 yards, 2" low at 25 yards and ~5" low at 100 yards. I can't stop shooting this thing! It has become my favorite gun to shoot and the accuracy/reliably is amazing. I find myself stopping by the range just to blow through a few hundred rounds for 30 minutes. I have 4 bricks left and I'm getting worried, this was as not the best time to make this purchase!!!
ReadDude 0 Posted September 20, 2014 Ha! I have one, but I always make my son take his bolt Savage MK II as well. I don't let him break out the MP15-22 until at least 50 rounds are down range with the bolt. helps stretch out the .22LR inventory. :-) (I am usually shooting my Muzzle Loader so, I can get about 8-10 rounds down range before he empty 300 hundred round boxes....) Lalo 13 Posted September 20, 2014 Welcome to the club. The 15-22 comes with me every time I go to the range.
ECsandstar 28 Posted September 25, 2014 Cant wait to pick mine up. Where have you been getting the ammo?
Kingsoverqueens 10 Posted September 25, 2014 I opted for a Sig 522 instead of the M&P22 and while it was enjoyed initially I haven't shot it in forever. I always seem more interested in working with the handguns and I'm probably going to wind up selling to fun a Glock or AR purchase. Nice to see that others are still enjoying their AR/22's. My experience has been kinda meh.
