FID address

I purchased a new home and am renting out my previous permanent residence (still own it).  I have yet to get my drivers license or FID card updated to reflect my new permanent address.  I have a rifle I want to pick up.  Can I get it or do I need to wait until I change everything over (months!).  Thanks

I would be cleaning my new rifle instead of asking the question. Then tomorrow start the address process

The NJFID card & your driver's lic do not have to match but it is at the 

dealer's discretion so you should be asking the seller of the rifle.........

I had a dealer refuse because they didn't match.  He did hold it for me though.

As I said - at the dealer's discretion.

 

I will accept transactions with Non-Matching address as long as the buyer

has a third form of ID that I can accept...........
