I wanted to get an upswept carrier for my sar 2...I went on and ordered one from KVAR and they called me and said "it's not legal in NJ"..which is not true at all...so, anyway, they won't sell me one so I need to find one elsewhere (unless some one here wants to make $35 and get me one)

i jest simply because i googled to see what you meant by upturned carrier and that was the first thing i hit 

 

does look like it would be a nice ergo mod though

All you want is the bolt carrier? Did you try. Posting a wtb ad at akfiles.com? I bet you find one there

yes..i sold that sar 2 and just got another. I posted wtb ads EVERYWHERE...

and since I could not bump the archived thread on ar15, I posted a new one.
