Selling primers or powder

Is it legal to sell primers or powder in a face-to-face transaction via Craigslist?

1) Craigslist and legal don't necessarily go hand-in-hand

2) I know of no prohibition for selling primers or powder within the state of NJ

3) is this the NJ mentality where you're looking to bend over the other guy or is it NJ mentality where you're so afraid of the law that you might get bent?

As a precaution, I recommend getting copies of naturalization papers, a full genealogy, hair and tissue samples, full finger and TOE prints, and copies of the front and back of all documents within the sellers wallet AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME while shouting "PAPERS PLEASE".

I guess it all comes down to quantity and whether or not you try to "make a profit" in some grand scheme, lol!  Selling a pallet full of powder and primers OR just a coupla pounds somebody gave ya to clear a debt or as a favor?  Craig's List?  Really Dude?  You WANT to wave a red flag?  LOL, this is all too funny or a Troll trollin'............  Just sayin.......
