illy 1 Posted November 2, 2014 I've said on more than one occasion that the .380 ACP is one of those cartridges that doesn't interest me at all. That may change... Browning is coming out with what looks to be a very nice, scaled down 1911 chambered in .380 http://www.browning.com/products/interactive/firearms/1911-380/
svt3183 14 Posted November 2, 2014 Cool gun, would be interested in a 9mm
302w 83 Posted November 3, 2014 9mm is a no-go according to a Guns and Ammo article. It seems promising. I would like to buy a CCW handgun in about a year or less, and I'm going to be comparing this to a 9mm Shield. The 9mm obviously trumps the .380, but I shoot full-size 1911s very well and "modern" automatics not so well. Range time will tell. Also found it weird that this has a plastic frame. This pic was concerning though. Look at that gap.
Candyman87 10 Posted November 7, 2014 I've always been fascinated by .380 and have more guns chambered in that caliber than any others. I'd be interested in tracking one of these down for sure!
jm1827 284 Posted November 7, 2014 I could see this filling a niche, something my wife may like.
Mikeythumbs 1 Posted November 7, 2014 For me this makes no sense. Just go with a 9mm 1911 cheaper ammo more mags to chose from. If mags are one of the deciding factors of reliability like in 9mm platform you might have a problem. I saw this gun in last months G&A and thought that just seems weird

This is a complete 1911 just scaled down.
