.410 Bore Shotgun

Recommended Posts

I have a savage .22/410 combo gun. its fun once in a while but the ammo is pretty expensive compared to 12g. Not as much demand so its not made in the quantity's that 12g is. or that's what I have been told anyway. a few times members here have brought 410s out to the monthly shotgun shoot.

I have a double barrel .410

It's a real handful !!

But then again, it only has a 4.25" barrel http://bondarms.com/bond-arms-handguns/snake-slayer-iv/

Good point. And we didn't mention the Judges, Governors, and all of the other revolvers chambered for .45/.410

My buddy got a Judge a couple weeks ago. The .45 LC is fun but the .410 slugs elicit giggles from grown men.

So True!

Ridiculous, silly spork of a gun with no real usefulness.  I love mine!

To answer the OP's question:  I have an H&R Topper single shot breach break in .410.  Nice little gun and appropriate for small game.  I can kill a rabbit just as good as with something bigger and I can find the whole rabbit when I'm done.
