Palmetto State Armory F's up Again

Ordered some ammo and a LPK from PSA, all in stock when I placed the order.  Ten days later the ammo shows up but no LPK.  I look at my order and check to see if the LPK is in stock, nope, the SKU shows up as OOS.  Oddly, the exact same LPK is featured on their main deals of the day page under a different SKU and is in stock.  wtf PSA?

 

Problem #1. They failed to notify me the LPK was not being shipped with the ammo.  #2. The OOS LPK is in stock under another SKU

 

Sent them an e-mail and two days later still no reply.

Any time I've had an issue with PSA, I get better response from posting something in the "where's my order" thread on ARFcom. No way I'm spending 1 hour on the phone only to talk to some teenager who is clueless and will tell you to send an email.

I think it's great that PSA is actively participating on a forum.  But doesn't it strike you as a tiny bit absurd that I'd have to join yet another forum to get better customer service than I can get directly from the merchant?

I had the same issue buying ammo from them. Bought a bunch for a decent price while it was in stock. Never received a shipment notification, and then noticed they had upped the price, still showing it in stock. I called, emailed, and took a week before I got the answer. Several emails. Several people told me it would ship by this date and it didn't, and then finally one day it just showed up... I think it was nearly a month later.

 

I won't be doing any more business with them.

Maybe that website drives a lot of business their way. I can some what understand your frustation but why not just post your question/ concerns on the forum or their FB page? Sounds like you'll have a better chance of getting your questions answered in a more timely manner.

They were out of stock on one item that I ordered and they emailed me right away to clear things up.  PSA explained that they just finished consolidating all their warehouses into one big one, so they've had some inventory issues.  They've always done right by me.

Customer support should be getting better. It looks like they expanded their cs office significantly in the past few months. But as stated earlier, ar15.com is the best way to track orders.

 Hey HEY!!!....  Nobody grabs my LPK without buying me a drink first.

^LOL :D

 

Boyken grabbed Cole Beasley's ball and his LPK at the same time on Thursday. And they had to play that shit 15 times on the Big Screen in Dallas while they reviewed the play. Everybody watching over and over you fumbling and getting your LPK grabbed :D

 

Sorry, I just love beating Dallas.
