Caught it on their website.  I don't have Facebook but I know they have page because it was referenced on the website.

I saw a Remington 700 stainless .223 when I went in to buy cleaner that I wish I had the dough for.  It looks really nice.

$59 for a brick of 22. Not my idea of a sale.

thats what i was thinking as well...but $70 regular price? holy hell...i see them in the cabelas in de when i stop in there under $30 regular price....as long as people are paying it they will charge it....i like the "buy 2 boxes of ammo at regular price and get the third 50% off"...wonder if they are triple the price like the 22r..lol

It would've sounded better if ...

"Buy 2 boxes of ammo at regular price and get the third 50% off. Restrictions apply. 22lr ammo is limited to 2 boxes per person"

(p.s. This is a JOKE ^^. I hope it's not true, LOL)

I have gotten a great deal on a used revolver there but pretty much everything else is on the high end of the prices for the area. I stop in whenever I'm next door at GFH to check out the used case but don't even bother looking at the new guns now.

Ottos having a Black Friday sale you say? Maybe they will lower their inflated prices to MSRP for the day. Those guys are overpriced. Maybe that works for most of the people that walk into that store but for the price wise and consumer savvy its a no-go.

There Black Friday prices are still above msrp...not sure how they do business. The .22 ammo makes me laugh. Was looking for some AR parts and decided to buy online because the prices are too inflated . You want to help local businesses but when your paying over msrp then I feel like taken advantage of.

Yeah ammo prices are falling. No need to buy 22s at that price!

A few months ago I advertised a few bricks of ThunderTurds for sale. Couldn't use them in my revolver because of excessive leading. Got a couple of nibbles here but the $$ and the driving and the B.S. wasn't worth it.

I wound up selling them to a local dealer. NOT Mastodon. I repeat, not Joe at Mastodon.

Let's just call this guy a local dealer who is not known for his great prices.

He screwed me on the ammo of course. Didn't matter because I was never going to use it and I'd never sell it to anyone I knew. But I got a 25% bump by negotiating store credit vs. cash.

I warned him repeatedly that these rounds sucked. Last thing I wanted was to walk in there for a cleaning brush and have crap rained on me. I told him they were bad but he bought them anyway.

He put them into sandwich bags, I believe 20 rounds each, and probably sold them for 15 cents/round. Knowing these guys maybe 20 cents. Thunderturds. And probably two bag limit :)
