kurtinnj 9 Posted December 12, 2014 What forms are needed when buying or selling a firearm face to face. I've looked around but can't fine an answer. I'm sure I'm not the only one interested in this. Thanks

T Bill 649 Posted December 12, 2014 Seller gets one copy of the completed COE for long guns, after verifying FID and 1 other state issued ID, usually DL, OR, all but the buyer's copy of the Pistol Permit keeping copy of PP as noted and must mail the proper copies of the PP to NJSP and Issuing Authority (follow instructions on PP). Buyer gets completed copy of COE for long guns and noted copy of PP.
