Is delaware nics open on Sunday?

Was going to go to cabelas today and do some Christmas shopping but family lunch popped up. Will delaware nics be open on Sunday?

Delaware uses the FBI for the NICS check. Here is an excerpt from their site:

 

NICS is customarily available 17 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays (except for Christmas). Please be advised that calls may be monitored and recorded for any authorized purpose.

 

Their hours are 8am to 1am EST

Picked up a ruger 10/22 50th anniversary on Sunday. Was lied to about the price but that's not here or there.

 

Love the rifle though. Nice and light.
