Samdjr74 11 Posted December 20, 2014 Hi All, Just got back from the range and as usual I have to sneak a peak at the display cases. Anyway, in one of the cases on the bottom sits and old 1800's pinfire revolver. Very cool looking piece. Not sure if Pete reads this discussion but if so, got anymore details on this gun? Thanks, Sam
brucin 918 Posted December 20, 2014 I saw it on Thursday. Nice collectors piece. Very unusual looking.
Samdjr74 11 Posted December 20, 2014 I was told it's still in working condition, but where would you find pinfire rounds?
302w 83 Posted December 21, 2014 I have a single shot pinfire. Actually two. They're very popular. One has a flare attachment. http://www.pinfireguns.com/live-rounds-c-4_55.html
DeerSlayer 241 Posted December 21, 2014 Mike was showing it to me last week. It's cool. He said the guy they bought it from had a bunch of ammo for it, but he wanted some crazy prices for it. So they just bought the gun from him.
Inplainsight 6 Posted December 29, 2014 Do we need a FID/PPP for these? Or can we just order it online? I've been wanting on own one for a while

RTSP1 67 Posted January 5, 2015 I would love to see this firearm go to a good home. It is not only a great conversation piece, but it truly does fire. I understand that the ammo is thought to be an issue, but i have seen reloading kits on line for around $125.00.
