TripCarl2 1 Posted December 31, 2014 I picked up a ruger 22/45 lite in the Cobalt color-nib. Took it to the range and first few shots were great. A few shots later all over the place. Cleared it and took a look .....front sight was loose from the factory, so much so that it spun almost 90 degrees while I was checking it. I Tighten it back down all was good. Any one else have any quality control issues with ruger lately?

djg0770 481 Posted January 2, 2015 I had that issue with another Ruger product when it was new. There really is something to the whole "clean and check it before you shoot it" mantra.
TripCarl2 1 Posted January 14, 2015 Just added Williams fire Sights, put 100 CCI-minimags through it, no problems what so ever. Great improvement over the standard sights. Switched to Aquilla 40 grn copper plated 22 interceptor, failure to feed every few rounds barely made it through a box of 50 had 1 bad primer strike. I'm guessing the 22/45lite is not a fan of the aquilla.
