HP-38 is the same thing as w231. I actually found a pound of it on the shelf at HG in Easton a couple of weeks ago.

So bizarre that they will ship to NY and not NJ.

Cabellas if it is on the shelf and you put it in your cart.....quantity is not restricted...the signs are to keep people courteous. ..

If it is from behind the counter and a sales person gives it to you quantity is restricted.

I learned this from a store manager. It us not legal for them to restrict off the shelf inventory. Signs dont change the law.

Try it with ammo or primers.

Cashiers wont even ask about it.

Again if you can put it in your cart off the shelf there is no legal restriction.

I tried it 10 k in primers no problem. Just did not have money for more.
