      UPDATE: SOLD!
Over the last year I bought my first guns and for personal reasons I've recently decided to part with them, so please excuse a couple posts from me here.
This is a new Troy A4 "Other" 5.56. I've owned it for less than a year, and it has never been shot or even loaded. I am in North Jersey and happy to use whichever FFL the buyer chooses up here where we can meet at an agreed upon time, preferably on the weekend.
Price: $1,300 cash or best offer (PM to negotiate)
      Location: Jersey City, NJ
      Details:
      - Meets NJ legal compliance
      - 5 position adjustable pistol brace
      - Front/rear folding sights
      - M-LOK rail
      - Pistol grip
      - Pinned/welded flash suppressor
      - 10.5" barrel
      - Chambered in 5.56
More details can be found here: https://techopsinternational.com/product/a4-other-firearm-5-56-10-5/
Sale will include the Troy A4, manual, four 10/30 Hexmags, plano pick 'n pluck hardshell case, and whatever 5.56 ammo I have (I think around 150 rounds) in a metal ammo can.
      * Buyer is responsible for transfer fees.
      * Buyer must pay before the gun is handed over to the FFL
      * Buyer must have FID with matching drivers license
The first to post "I'll take it" wins the sale.

Has anyone wondered if there will ever be a AK platform (other firearm variants) similar to what radical firearms, dark storm,  & tech ops has as their AR platform? I think it’s about time to introduce the idea of having more firearms that are non NFA firearms. Maybe this post might inspire a company with a new idea. And hopefully it could also get NJ state approval. Or am I just dreaming and it can’t be done? I have seen some AK’s that can detach the lower receiver from a upper similar to the AR platform.

Purchased it Brand New from a store last month! (1 month old and in original box).    It has NEVER been loaded and fired!  (...at least never outside the factory that I know of assuming since I bought it brand new).  Everything on it is factory.  The factory includes only 1 magazine but I have an extra that I can include.  2 magazines total.  This model appears to be out-of-stock everywhere now.
Asking $1300 - Buyer is responsible for all fees required by the FFL for the transfer.  FID + matching DL ID required.
I'm located in Bergen County and can meet at any preferred FFL of your choice within reasonable distance in or very near to Bergen County.  Cash, Bank's cashiers check is preferred (check obviously must be cleared first) or USPS MO's.

Just as the title says... Does anyone use them? I know Troy makes some very highly regarded equipment.

I'm sure they are worth their price. I just wanted some opinions or any alternate rear folding sites.

    • That bridge collapse looked scarier than many CGI versions I have seen in disaster movies.
    • Yeah, still MUCH better whatever the regular price is ($15 a pound??). Thanks Joe Biden....
    • I've watched a lot of "Mighty Ships" series on TV, as well as cruise ship series. It seems prevalent for large ships to have GPS tracking, and possibly guidance. So the path of this ship should be on record somewhere. And one critical fact would be whether or not as the ship approached the bridge it followed the correct path in the harbor channel. The conspiracy aspect would ask was  one of the electronic guidance/navigation systems hacked to put it on a collision course? I'm not anxious to find a terrorist attack. But if you'd asked me on September 10, 2001 what were the odds of four hijacked aircraft being successfully flown by amateurs into three iconic American structures... I will say there's not a doubt in my mind there are nasty people that crossed the border to cause trouble. I just can't be certain how, and how much.
