Mossberg 500 tactical stock install.

purchased an aim defense stock set for the 500..

 

seems to be a well made set so far came with tools also needed to install the stock set.

 

I have already disassembled the 500 have it in the ultrasonic cleaner getting scrubbed before reassembly.

This tool was included to remove the forearm tube. Which is the only special tool need for complete take down.

The magazine tube has to be removed in order to remove the forearm.

Stock set out of packaging..

parts are back out of ultrasonic cleaner, blown off and lubed.

 

 

Install pump slide into fore arm and lock nut. 

 

slide it into the reciever..

install magazine cup into reciever, screw in magazine tube and spring push mag cup into tube as you screw it in.

 

 

 

install the elevator.

install the bolt  and bolt slide make sure to catch pump arms and pump to rear.

with bolt pumped to rear install cartridge holder and interuptor assembly arms.

Install the trigger group.. 

 

 

Install stock pistol grip i used blue loc-tite on allen bolt..

 

 

install stock with lock ring. and tighten jam nut.

install barrel and assembly is completed..
