Buying a handgun from a friend when my permits come in. What exactly do I need to do to take possession? Send the paperwork into the state PD? Can't find it on the board

Instructions where to send are on the permits them selves bottom right corner  

 

White copy goes to super intendent of NJSP  

 

Yellow copy goes to issuing authority  

 

Pink copy goes to purchaser  

 

Blue copy goes to seller  

 

white and yellow must be mailed within 6 days after transfer    

 

Seller fills out the bottom left side (A) and you both sign

Not sure if it matters, but its seller's responsibility to send the relevant copies to parties.
