Multiple p2p question

Hi all,

 

I know this was asked recently but I can't seem to find the thread. I have 3 p2p's, say I used the first one on March 4, what is the soonest possible date I can purchase my second handgun? I'm thinking it would be April 3 but can someone confirm?
