As far as AR's go, I have a spare LPK w/ Trigger/Hammer on hand with a few extra detent springs and pins (more then a few have gone flying across my room). As well I keep a spare Complete Bolt, Cam, and Firing Pin for the upper as well as a few gas tubes.

Pistols I really don't have any spare parts for (apart from recoil springs), although I don't really know what is necessary for pistols so I will be keeping an eye on this thread. I'm thinking generally just extractor springs probably.

Only for parts that I understand to be consumable.

For my XD9 I have spare striker retainer roll pins just because I understand they tend to snap under heavy use.

For my Sig P229, I have an OEM replacement spring/firing pin kit. The pin needs to be replaced when fully disassembling the slide and I know I'm going to end up bending the trigger bar spring one of these days.

While I haven't had issues with my VP9, I'd like to get a spare recoil spring even though I'm probably no where near the relevant round count. While I haven't had problems so far, I have a feeling it's going to be an issue.

For my competition pistol they have spare parts kit which I plan on purchasing before I compete.

I'm still in the middle of building up my collection.  I will have to probably get some springs and perhaps a complete BCG for my AR.  Other guns I don't worry about as much as failure in one won't ruin my day as I have backups for them.  Competition pistol eventually have another nearly identical pistol as a backup.
