Steve @ Monmouth Arms.  (screen name remixer here).  He's in Morganville, minutes from OB.  He's pinned and/or welded many brakes to great customer satisfaction. 

+1 on this.  I used Steve and he was great, plus he is right around the corner from you.

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with that crap anymore. No pinning muzzle devices...or stocks...or mags...........

By the way, I designed the remodel of the Woodlands Mall.  The addition as well as the remodel of the old Sears tire building into the Noodles Co/Tylers and what not.  I loved going there for construction meeting with other people from my NYC office.  They were so freaked out when I would check my luggage in Newark and declare a handgun so I could carry when we landed in Tx lol.
