The article said it was a submachine gun, LOADED and with a SILENCER.

 

So...

 

1 - It's not a fully automatic SMG

2 - No silencer, just a cosmetic feature to hide the barrel.

 

 

This leads non gun owners to believe it is a fully automatic suppressed SMG when it's really just a .22LR plinker.
