MidwestPX 172 Posted April 12, 2015 Would still be a lot cheaper than buying an M240 http://www.ohioordnanceworks.com/rifles/semi-auto/oow-line/m240-slr-270 I thought OOW also made a a semi M249, but I don't see it listed. They used to have an semi M60 for around the same price as a M240 That reminds me that I need to call them about postie 240.
mipafox 438 Posted April 12, 2015 I don't know if you can find one somewhere else, but if you find it anywhere else it would probably be cheaper. They are very proud of their work. You got a love letter? Let me guess, you have a closet full of Krispy Kreme and Maglight sales kits.

There're legal ways around needing a love letter
bulpup 98 Posted April 15, 2015 Ha! I'd never pay that much for something that gave me a herniated disk.

Eric. 9 Posted April 16, 2015 Complete? Did not expect that. Doesn't change anything A semi AR on a bipod is better and cheaper than a semi M249 at everything. Yep. Thats the thing- unless someone wants this as a plinker (an expensive plinker), it really has no use. Aside from having a practical use, I'm not sure firing that thing, semi auto, with a 5 lb trigger would even be enjoyable. It's too heavy to carry or move much. It's not any faster than an AR, nor as mobile. It's not as accurate as a precision rifle. Hate to be a wet blanket, but it ain't for me. CageFighter 236 Posted June 23, 2016 so, is this rifle NJ legal? I can get a brake pinned. Im fighting the urge! http://www.gunbroker.com/item/566891026 ....then I can find a spare barrel and chop that b*tch to 16in.
The_Matrix 105 Posted June 23, 2016 That's a lot of dough for one toy. Do want, but will never happen.
ChrisJM981 924 Posted June 24, 2016 I'd save my money for a down payment on a place in PA and start planning for NFA goodies.
