I know it's not a great deal, but for for the price you can only get garbage ammo online.

 

KY Gun Co has CCI mini mags for $9.99 per 100. If you get the max 10 boxes, the shipping is about $15.70.

 

Not bad considering you can't find any quality .22lr for an OK price.

Great. But in north east jersey, there is no ammo at Walmart. Drive to PA to maybe be able to buy it with a limit, plus gas and tolls and time, is not worth the $30 "savings". It will be shipped to the house without you leaving to get it

Well, the Walmart I go to in PA is only about 5 miles further than Heritage. Call before you leave. I think most don't have limits on .22 anymore, some still do though.

That is a heck of a deal right now! I love that stuff. It's subsonic out of a rifle and it cycles full auto with suppressor I have to see how much I have, I might head to the PA Herritage.

Mine arrived yesterday in perfect condition.  Have you had bad experiences with KGC, or was this just sour grapes?

Haven't had incredibly bad experiences with them, but the two times that I ordered mini-mags from them, both times the plastic packaging was damaged. There was a thread about this not too long ago where a few people ordered these from them because they were on sale, only to find their ammo boxes broken when they arrived. When KGC was contacted, they claimed the damage must have happened during transit even though the cardboard shipping box was not damaged at all.

 

On my first order, the mini-mag plastic boxes were mangled and ammo was everywhere. The second order the plastic boxes were not mangled, but all of them were cracked. I'm curious if they're getting damaged boxes at a cheaper rate and still charging regular price for the ammo.

 

The other thing was that I thought no matter what ammo you're shipping, you have to mark the outside box with a ORM-D sticker. Both of my orders came in plain UPS boxes with no indication that there was ammo inside. I don't care much about this, but I don't know what the repercussions are of not following this rule. Does the receiver get in trouble? The shipper? Does it not matter?
