Permits/licenses

Recommended Posts

IIRC, NJ does not recognize antiques, and you need a FID (CoE and matching ID) to purchase one. There are some exceptions to the rule when it comes to ownership (if it is already in your possession for certain reasons), but you didn't give much info.

What NJ permits/licenses do you need for antique weapons Springfield 1873

Same thing you need for an AR platform rifle or a BB rifle. No difference between any long guns in the eyes of the state Reguardless of age, caliber, or propulsion of the round. A COE and a FPID card are required for long gun aquisitions.
