Palmetto State Armory: Fiocchi 115 grain 9mm Sale -$11.99, Free Shipping When Order 10 of more boxes

Recommended Posts

This is the best supersonic 9mm practice ammo on the planet. It is so clean you don't have to clean your guns.

However, Walmart sells it for $6.94 per box of 50 under their Perfecta line :D

Scored a case of it for $147 out the door (with tax) last weekend.

$6.94... a box? Of 50 9mm FMJs? With primers, powder, brass, and bullets? Holy crap.

I'm reloading 9mm for cheap, but $6.94 is insane. I may go buy a bunch of the stuff. The cheapest I have seen is Freedom at $10/box reman+shipping.

Yes, it is the same stuff. It's a screaming deal. It is, IMO, the best practice/plinking (not target/hunting) ammo there is in this class. It is the cleanest I have used and makes my Max-11 100% reliable. It does get a wicked funny dark tarnish on it sometimes but it certainly doesn't hurt anything.

Of course, as Polak would say, definitely not worth the drive from Jersey. Thank goodness :)

Mipafox - where in PA is fhe Walmart. I shoot at EFGA in Easton. If nearby I would love to stop by, pick up some of that ammo and try it out next time I'm up there. Thanks.

All of them.

I suggest you call a few in the area before you leave and ask if they have it in stock. Then go there first, then to the range.

Don't be a douche and buy it all. If they only have a case, don't buy more than half a case IMO. Preferably less. It's the same price either way.

It's not all of them. My cousin and I were ale to get some cases in the Allentown/Bethlehem area recently. Then I had to drive out to Lansdale last weekend and checked a Walmart there. No sale.

For some reason Walmart is selling it cheap but only in certain areas in 4 or 5 states. And it's not just 9mm. They also have 308 for 6.94. Also 40, 45, and 223 boxes of 50 for just under $9. I have to drive out there again this coming week. Gonna try and pick up some more.

I went to a Walmart in Ephrata, PA. Display price was showing 13.97 but a price check showed up as 10.97. I passed on it.

I did drive by Easton but didn't stop as the stuff there is perhaps all gone.

I did pick up some Winchester Target Shotshells which was decently priced at 5.48 per box.

Why the heck would the price vary from one store to the next??? They are all owned by the same company!!!

MacDonalds is not a good example as many of them are privately owned while others are company owned.

There are no Walmart franchises as far as I know.

PS. No Giants involved. I like the Eagles!

Walmart will price based on geography. Also, store manager have some lability to set certain prices .

And somewhat related... When a Walmart in NJ mistakenly is shipped ammo on a truck, they have to call the local PD to come get it. Seriously. They just give it to the PD. their warehouse won't take it back and they can't sell it. I guess their NJ stores aren't licensed in the state to sell ammo.

What a waste.
