Glock 43 or 34, I am dyslexic :)

Recommended Posts

I bought a G43 a week ago and when I first got it I fired about 10 shots and thought the trigger was about 40# pull and it was constantly shooting to the left, but that was just a quick test. Today I took it to the range along with my G34 and took turns firing them. Once I got the hang of the trigger, making sure to really crush the grip on my weak hand I was able to get some very tight center hits at 7 and 10 yards. I have found that working on the trigger control of this little beast is making me shoot my G34 much better - so maybe the hard trigger is a great training tool. I understand Ghost makes a drop-in connector that really improves the trigger. My biggest issue is that it only comes with two mags, and I cannot find any for sale anywhere yet. Overall, I am very impressed with the gun and don't find it snappy at all.

I had a chance to shoot one this past weekend and I like the S&W M&P Shield a little more.  By the way, those CZs are very nice.

i have a 43 and although i never  mess with the aftermarket parts on my carry guns....being it had such a hard break i thought id give the ghost a shot while breaking in/proving the weapon since glock doesn't offer a minus connector for it (that i can find) ....i put in the ghost connector and while it did lighten the break it added about a 1/4" of creep from the wall to the actual break....i reinstalled factory but ymmv

I'm glad you like the G43 and I'm sure it's and excellent defense pistol.

But, your picture says it all....

Looking at those two pistols side by side, Glock has some balls calling the G43 a sub compact.

It's porky.

It isn't, the pic is deceiving...nice and narrow subcompact.
