Well, all these smart alecks have had their say. And they're pretty funny aren't they? I had a good laugh.

 

Now, if you want to use the Collector's justification, please read the statute carefully. The statute itemizes all the possible legitimate reasons for an exemption to be granted. Take advantage of that. Use each and every one that truthfully applies to you.

 

Example:

 

I require them to complete a collection of modern handguns I started (whenever).

All these firearms were acquired by my FFL for me specifically.

Some of them were hard to locate.

I expect to use them in competitions this coming year.

I am a full member of (list all the 2A/Firearm organizations you belong to)
