Reccomend a good, lightweight drop-in handguard?

Magpul MOE hand guards are nice and about that.... or for another $5 you can do an AB Arms Mod 0 hand guard and get a top rail on it also

Centurion Arms C4 rails uses the stock barrel nut on an AR15. I had purchased one from Ty some time back. Very solid.

I'm looking to replace a stock hand guard with a $35 drop in that's little more comfortable to hold and looks real nice and I get reply's for, Troy Alpha/Bravo rails, ​Daniel Defense Omega's, fancy carbon fiber.......... Guys, I'm POOR! I godda hear from my wife how she's going to divorce me next time I spend money on that damn gun every time the credit card bill comes in with $150 from Dicks for ammo. She just doesn't understand!

 

...Bruh, if you're buying ammo at Dick's, you're spending almost double.  www.cheaperthandirt.com & www.ammoseek.com are my best friends.  Only thing I buy at Dick's is Rio 12 guage target shells.

 

And I ended up going with the Magpul slimline handguard.  $34 at Cabela's.  I love it.

IMO yes.. 

 

during the last ammo nightmare they had buying restrictions to stop people from hoarding it and reselling at inflated prices.. and for the most part their prices only went up marginally..  when ammo was completely outrageous I was still finding ammo at Dicks at pretty reasonable prices compared to market..
