deerpark 83 Posted July 21, 2015 If I want to sell a long arm to another NJ resident who has a FID card, do I need to go thru a FFL?

T Bill 649 Posted July 21, 2015 http://www.njsp.org/info/pdf/firearms/sp-634.pdf Fill out two as stated, each keep a copy. That's it, period. No need to submit to anybody or agency.
CMJeepster 2,766 Posted July 23, 2015 Be smart about the deal and do it somewhere where a passer-by won't call the authorities. (Range, etc.)
Smokin .50 1,907 Posted July 24, 2015 It's not like the seller's address is a big secret---it's gotta go on the COE's, SOOOOOO why not just do it on his kitchen table? Invite the buyer over for coffee or a brewski. Relax, shoot the sh!t, TALK GUNS, be human beings. Pretend you're in Free America. And if need be, holster-up a concealed sidearm since you're inside your own house! No need to drive ANYWHERE...........
