Want a SJ hunting lease. Vineland,Buena,Elmer, near area

I am looking to buy a lease or perhaps split a lease for deer and turkey in SJ. I only hunt firearms seasons using my muzzleloader, perhaps splitting a lease with a bow hunter or a large enough piece to split the property. I am willing to do whatever is needed as far as grooming and or baiting to make it work. I havent joined any local clubs because I dont want to be part of the deer drives. I only take 2+- deer a year and am not concerned about trophy racks (cant eat the horns anyway).  If you know of any land available or you have a lease that you want to split please dont hesitate to PM me or leave a message on this thread.
