winmag45 14 Posted August 12, 2015 This is the first time I am using the online form and I wasn't sure what money orders are needed.I thought it was $2 per permit made out to Bayonne and $5 to State Police SBI.The way its written on the form it looks like the $5 is only if you need a FID.Anybody wanna clear that up,thanks. Krdshrk 3,877 Posted August 12, 2015 Still need the MO - $2 for each permit. Don't need the whatever amount for background check - that's all done online ($20 now cuz of fees.... eh). Don't think you need the $5 but I'm not from Bayonne.
BlueLineFish 615 Posted August 14, 2015 Its the 20 for the online check and 2$ per permit. Just put in for 18 2 months ago. That was the pricing then
Redstachio 0 Posted August 14, 2015 I paid $5 for FID and $2/per purchase permit earlier this year in Bayonne.
Pizza Bob 1,488 Posted August 14, 2015 Fees for the FPID ($5) and P2P's ($2 ea.) are set by statute (2C:58-3,f) and are, therefore, uniform statewide.
njJoniGuy 2,131 Posted August 14, 2015 The 30 day timeframe is set by statute too. How's that working for most of you?

winmag45 14 Posted August 20, 2015 Wow there is hope hahaha.I must say though in all my dealings with ABC they have always been decent to me.I've even had a few long conversations about gun law when I went to pick up my permits. They couldn't understand how I got a Florida carry permit. They are good guys all in all.Just doing their job.And with all the b.s.they have to put up with now a days its not surprising that they might be wound a little tight at times.
