NJ Firearms Swap Meet?

I got to wondering about this.  What would happen if someone had a swap meet where only non-regulated items were bought, sold and traded.  As far as I can tell, it would be perfectly legal to hold such an event, or even have a table at Englishtown or Collingwood, where the vendor is selling everything but lower receivers. Technically, I think, you could even sell rifle and shotgun ammo, reloading presses, spent brass etc.

 

What is there to stop me from selling barrels, stocks, optics, a complete barreled upper receiver and so on at a public flea market?

As long as the flea market doesn't have any rules against it, from a legal standpoint I don't think there is anything stopping you.

How about if, let's say, a large VFW hall wanted to host a swap meet or flea market type event.

Cherry Ridge has these swap meets/ flea markets every once in a while.

How many tables do they have and what's the attendance? Is there a vendor list?   I tried to find info but there is virtually nothing out there.
