FFLs that will accept and mod/pin magazines to 15 rounds

Are there any specific FFLs that you use that will accept 15+ handgun magazines or other types that are over legal capacity in NJ and mod them to the acceptable capacity? Please list if you know of any. I am specifically looking for closest one in Atlantic county for myself. Too bad PK90 moved to AZ.

You're buying from the wrong place. Buy the gun from a dealer who will alter the mags for free.
